The high unemployment rate in Ghana, Africa, and beyond is very disturbing. And with over 275,000 graduates annually coming out of the universities there is growing need for all concerned stakeholders to join resources to resolve it. This fund will be used to offer unemployed graduates decent employment. Ghana has approximately 4.53 percent of the total labor force
unemployed and this initiative will help to get majority of the youth into decent jobs.
