“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Jesus died for us, and Bible verses about salvation through faith makes it clear that we can’t work our way to salvation. We do good because we are called to be like Christ, but scriptures on salvation make it abundantly clear that Jesus gave us the gift of salvation through his sacrifice on the cross. Jesus is our only guarantee to salvation. Amen.
