Colossians 3:13
13 Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. 14 And regardless of what else you put on, wear love.
Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. (Ephesians 4:26)
Beloved, let’s be slow to anger and quick to forgive. The bible makes us understand that forgiveness is a form of showing love and we ought to do it without hesitation and do it wholeheartedly. Forgiveness doesn’t come easy but it’s doable. May we all forgive quickly so that we can receive it in equal measure. Amen.
